Denim Demons captain Adam “Legend Killer” Rubens submitted the following poem regarding the state of his team:

The Demons are a fairly old team
Started as a Spag & Coach dream
Though now most of the punks are gone
Us nerds bravely march on
We embrace the change in regime

This winter we tried playing soccer
We kind of sucked; not really a shocker
Many goals were scored on us
Which led everybody to assess
Our goalies do better with glove, stick and blocker

Our most visible player is Jim
The media focuses a lot on him
But if you keep your back turned
Watch out, you’ll get burned
And your chances of winning will be slim

Everyone’s returning from last year
Which is a new occurrence for us here
With no one bidding farewell
We’ve had more time to gel
And buy each other many rounds of beer

As a whole, our team is quite varied
Some single, some dating, some married
But the thing we all agree on
The one conclusion forgone
Is we’ll see the Rehabs dead and buried

Food They Closely Resemble: Brussels Sprouts.  It seems unfair that these little fellows have garnered such a negative reputation throughout the years, and it’s really not 100% clear why. Perhaps, it’s due to their intense bitterness and strong, unpleasant smell. Or perhaps, people just aren’t used to them.
Fast Fact: Steve Chernoski’s favorite type of hammer is a ball-peen hammer.
