ACS Tournament Coming Soon

On Saturday, May 2, “Con” Ed Lau will once again host his annual American Cancer Society charity hockey tournament. It will run from approximately 9 AM to 3 PM. So far, Ed has raised just under $10,000 since he founded the tournament in 2006. Be a part of history when he cracks the five figure barrier!

I wanted to thank everyone who played in or donated to the third annual American Cancer Society Street Hockey Tournament on April 19th. I especially wanted to thank everyone who helped pull off this event – there are too many to mention. It was 6 teams, 80+ players and a lot of hockey.
We raised over $3,200 this year and our three year cumulative total is just shy of $10,000. With company matching, I’m sure we’ve raised even more. Stay tuned for next year’s tournament, and I hope to see you there.

Tuesday, April 15th, 2008Even More Hockey This Weekend
This weekend, “Con” Ed Lau will once again be hosting his annual hockey tournament to benefit the American Cancer Society. This will be Ed’s third year running the tournament, and every year, it’s a lot of fun and a great chance to play a ton of hockey. Plus, it will also give you a chance to check out the refurbished Moffo, if you haven’t seen it yet.
If you want to play hockey for a good cause, show up this Saturday (April 19) at 8:30 AM or 9:30 AM, if you pre-register. Minimum donation is $25 to play, but additional donations are welcome, even if you are unable to attend.
