Madonna, Pele, Prince (before the stupid Artist Formerly known as garbage)…Coach. These people are such legends, they don’t even need a real name. When you reach that level of greatness, you certainly belong in the BTSH Hall of Fame. So I’d like to take this time to induct Madonna, Pele, Prince and yes, Coach, all into the BTSH HOF!<\/p>\n

\"Credit<\/a>

Credit Jerome. Seriously credit Jerome, he took a lot of time making these things.<\/p><\/div>
Unfortunately, The HOF Committee says I’m overstepping my boundaries and I can only pick one of these legends into the HOF, so I’m choosing Coach. Coach along with some guy I never heard of, started the Demons many years ago. They were the fun team, consisting of members from his band. Along the way Demon players came and went but Coach remained the same. He was friendly, witty, funny, and better than you think.\u00a0<\/p>\n

A little research and a little Hockey Autism tells me Coach started playing goalie for the Demons in 2009.

\"SHE'S<\/a>

SHE’S A MARRIED WOMAN COACH!<\/p><\/div>It was early in the season and he posted 3 shutouts in a row. He went from being their emergency goalie, to being one of the best goalies in the league for 6 1\/2 seasons. Much like fellow 2015 BTSH HOF inductee, Craig L., Coach did not have a lot of playoff wins. But almost every time the Demons were eliminated, they would fail to score 3 goals. In fact, often they’d fail to score even 1. In other words, Coach has always been clutch.<\/p>\n

Will somebody credit Jerome, already?!?!<\/p><\/div>\n

However Coach isn’t getting in for his play in net. I mean we’d just induct Barch if that was the criteria and let me tell you something, Barch isn’t getting in on my watch! (Well at least not til he beats me in bubble hockey. And we all know that will never happen.) <\/p>\n

Coach, Black Rob and I have taken many trips down together in Ocean City. One day, we are just lounging in our room and we are watching Jeopardy! The category was something like French literature from the 1700’s. Black Rob and I are minding our own business, wishing Coach would let us turn on the Ravens pre-season game and all of a sudden Coach got the 200 question right. The contestant went to 400 and Coach got that right too. Coach ended up clearing the board and always answered the answer (It is Jeopardy! remember) before the contestant did. It was at that moment that I realized I’d rather room with Black Rob than Coach because me no like feeling dumb.<\/p>\n

So congrats Coach. I hope one day you get that elusive BTSH Championship. I really really really really really do. And always remember, no matter what that no good Jenna C. says, “STREISAND = NOT DEAD!”<\/p>\n
