Filthier at Fresh Kills<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ah yes, the two teams nobody cares about. Sorry, let me amend, people care about FK because they\u2019re really <\/em>good, those multi-year PBR cup winning bastards. Filthier, once again, come hang for a beer- don\u2019t make us beg. Maybe even participate in the beer olympics and show us you\u2019re good at drinking AND hockey. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prediction<\/em>: 4-4 OT with FK getting the win in OT, no shootout, all the heartbreak for filthy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Poutine Machine at Gremlins<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wait, didn\u2019t this just happen? Gremlins finished their rain delay with the Pous and won 1-0 but it\u2019s a full game this time, ALEX, and nobody can save you now. It\u2019ll be a tight one and even though the Gremlins are more stylish in play and appearance- and don\u2019t pay $7 for haircuts in China Town (SBJ, looking at you)- Poutine will do their thing and steamroll them. Also Charlotte is allegedly \u201cnot cleared\u201d to play but still scored her first BTSH goal last week against Gut Rot whilst on defense. Seems like a ploy for the Gremlins to let their guard down on Poutine\u2019s offensively minded defense, IMO. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prediction<\/em>: Pous wipe the floor with the Gremlins, 4-1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

What the Puck at Karma<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Weird that Henry was \u201csuper hungover\u201d last weekend but miraculously recovered to play with<\/em> Karma instead of watching his girlfriend\u2019s game against the sky fighters. Was it a ploy to learn all of their tricks? We\u2019ll find out!!! With Hogg hopefully not in net and John C taking a 5am flight home from his 10th bachelor party of the year, WTP will have plenty of offensive firepower.  Likewise, now that the Trembles are back from their sister-sister vacay they can give Karma a leg up on the competition and not put all the pressure on Matt-trick (get it, cuz he scored a hat trick last weekend?) since they very narrowly beat the Riots last weekend. Or maybe Chadwick will step up now that he\u2019s not busy directing short films.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prediction<\/em>: The hot headed pucks will have a lot to handle, and it\u2019s a weird matchup, so let\u2019s go with 3-3 OT, WTP takes it home before shootouts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Biters at LBS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ooooh charlotte\u2019s boyfriend vs my boyfriend!!!! Guy with hair vs guy with literally 0 hair follicles!!! WHAT WILL HAPPEN. Aside from the Probie v Scotty K (FYI not the incredibly handsome Scotty K, he\u2019s on Gut Rot) storyline this matchup will be good. Both teams have only 1 regular loss (Biters have a 2nd loss in a shootout) and an equal distribution of scorers across the blacktop. Will Frey and Probert be able to put their differences aside for the Beer Olympics they\u2019re co-comissioning afterwards? Will Luke ditch the game to play the electric violin? Will Sarah M continue to be an offensive threat? Will Liz play in her heart shaped sunglasses???  TUNE IN AND FIND OUT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ohhhh man too much to say about this matchup and not enough time thanks to our new and improved previews format (Do you guys like it??? We don\u2019t care). As for threats on Cobra Kai we\u2019ve got Will, LJ, Russ, Olivier, Dani and this one guy who, according to a male bystander last weekend, \u201cdefinitely has an 8 pack and took Maryland to the semis in NCAA lax\u201d. On Math you have literally a ton of guys with beards who are all fast and good, one hairless member of generation z who has taken it upon himself to construct a sex tent sweat lodge on the courts, and \u00bd of the comissioners (the smart half).  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prediction<\/em>: The Dojo takes it 3-1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Riots at Rainbows<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both teams have 2 wins and 8losses and are coming off a 4 game losing streak. Something tells me Rainbows are out for hot pink blood and more importantly a win. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Will Gut Rot have their goalie back? (kudos again to Mark and his first time in net last week). Is Morgen finally back? One thing I do know (according to their jerseys) Demons are back…2 being bitches and expect to show no mercy. Especially after their OT shootout win last week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mega went on a 4 game winning streak – Demons, CKai, TSRiots, Gut Rot, finally losing to WTP last week in a well fought battle. Both teams sit on or near the 500 mark, making this a potentially good match up. However, Mega\u2019s not going to let their 4 game winning streak show for nothing and come out strong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hookers at Butchers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hookers, ranked 3, have only lost to LBS and Filthy. Goals against are 7 and goals for are 26. Butchers, have 16 goals against but have scored 20 goals this season and only lost to Hookers in the first week 0-1 in OVERTIME. I am definitely excited to see what this matchup could bring. Let\u2019s see if Butchers gets their redemption. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The teams faced off in week three with Fuzz losing to Rehabs 2-3 in overtime. After that Fuzz danced from win to loss each week, until finally going on a 3 game loss weeks 8, 9 and 10. Rehabs, are ranked 4, and therefore seem like the likely choice to win. It will come down to who is feeling saltier – Fuzz? Pissed after their recent 3 losses, or Rehabs? Who just barely lost the last two games in overtime\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
