Three Stars!!!
While some countries are watching the World Cup, the world is watching BTSH. And the world got to see some pretty great performances on Sunday.
Much like in BTSH, the World Cup sees its fair share of dead people.
But BTSH has 3 great players, where the World Cup and every other sport has none.

The World Cup may have its dead people, and BTSH may have many dead people…but there is no better dead person than Dead Peter Lang.
Lang killed Gut Rot’s hopes this week with a brilliant 2-0 shutout.

It was like Olden Times for James P., Filthy and the Tuques.
Just like when they pounded the Lbs., Filthy showed the Tuques they aint dead yet, as James P. potted four goals yesterday.
* Luisa
It was a great day for feminists everywhere as BTSH held their first ever girls training seminar. None of them had the foresight to send me pictures, so I just picked the girl with the most goals on the day that doesn’t play for the Hookers.
Luisa deserved the honor anyways. In a tight game #10 scored the game-leading goal to make it 3-2 Elves, but Stephanie Cooper tied the game. Not to worry though…Mira Lu scored the OT winner making Jamie and the Sky Fighters sad.
Then she cleaned the entire court by herself.
Honorable Mentions:
So after the Elves/Sky Fighters game, Stephanie Cooper frantically texts me and calls me and asks if I can give her the red ball, since she scored her first career goal. Elly was the hero and retrieved it so now on her mantle sits the ball where Luisa scored her first career BTSH OT goal.
Congrats red mylec ball! (PS. Stephanie did play great even before she scored her goal)
While we don’t advise getting suspended, if you do, handle it like this guy.
New Trevor came in his lime green shirt, gave the pre-game speech, and then literally gave his shirt off his back so Gil’s Son could play. Then after feverishly cheering his team on, he spent 10 minutes cleaning the rink, before disappearing into the NYC night.
So, Stephanie is going to pay for that ball, right? Or replace it with a ball of equal or greater value? This is why Timmy keeps raising our league fees…well, that and his slush fund.
Maybe we should set up a fund?

P.S. That game ball was a really good one. Not like those stupid bright orange ones that are soft. We probably are going to need that ball back. LOL
Someone needs to revoke Rich’s right to write these unless he starts actually giving them to people on teams other than his own. I mean, this is an INCLUSIVE beer league, not just an Elves league, isn’t it?
Someone needs to tell the Demons that the league bar is Ace. Oh wait, we did. Repeatedly. So its kinda ironic that you would call this league an inclusive beer league when you purposely exclude your team from coming to the same bar that the rest of us do.
